All written content on this site is original and produced by us. Our photographs are our own unless a caption states otherwise. We do not knowingly host material that infringes copyright.

Filing a notice

If you believe content on this site infringes your rights, send a notice to our designated contact with the following:

  • Identification of the work you say has been infringed.
  • The exact URL on this site you object to.
  • Your name, address, and a way to reach you.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

We will review a complete notice and, where it is valid, remove or disable access to the material, and notify the person who posted it. Incomplete notices may be returned for correction.

Counter-notice

If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice with the same level of detail, and we will review it in the same way.
